Joining GoTo Training WITHOUT downloading app

Is it possible to allow users to join a GoTo Training session without downloading the GoTo app on a phone or tablet?

I have a trainee who is borrowing a device from the school that she works at and it requires the administrator to put a password in to be able to download anything.  At this point it appears that there is no way for her to get into the training unless the admin is able to allow her to download the app.
