My recording didn't happen!!!

I'm about to lose it. I just finished a 6 hour training. I made sure to hit record and the record option was on the entire time with a message that said it was recording to my Documents folder. I fin...

    KateG I have the exact same issue as ThatPayrollGuy.  Recorded a 45 minute training session in GoToMeeting to my Documents and it is just a 9kb WebM file that doesn't open in VLC or Handbrake as instructed in your link. Please help.
