Hi MattS5, welcome to the community.
Each join link is unique and linked to the name and email address used to register for the session. We allow a link to be used more than once so that an attendee can switch devices or reconnect to a session if they are disconnected but they should not be shared with others.

Hi,
We had a similar situation where a registrant shared the webinar link with their colleagues. We had 20 participants all with the same name on the session but they only appear as one participant on the registration report. Is there a way to stop a registrant doing this? Alternatively, is there anything that can be done so that a participant with the same name/link can't enter multiple times?
Thanks

Hi CisionTrainers, welcome to the community.
Currently, it is not possible to prevent attendees from sharing their links, although we do include messaging not to share it in the email. GoToWebinar has the option to limit join links to a single use, and this will be coming to GoToTraining when we update the Dashboard and registration options.
