Reminder Emails for Training Series

    Hi Learn_Adswerve, welcome to the community.

     

     If registration is set to Participants register for individual sessions. that they'll attend they will get reminder emails for each session they have registered for.

Hi GlennD,

What if it is set up so that Participants register once to attend all sessions?  Will participants get just one reminder email, even if there are a total of 3 sessions, all on different days?

    Learn_Adswerve With that registration setup they will receive reminder emails for each session and one follow up email after the final session in the series has been held.
