Is it even submitted?

So I've completed the campaign, 90% sure it will work, but I click on the REGISTER SMS button, the little thinking wheel pops up for 3 or 4 seconds, disappears, and the screen hasn't changed except that the text in the button is highlighted. No error message, nothing. Is it something I'm doing?  Is the system just not going to do its job? Why can't I register?

    Thank you. I have moved this to the Grasshopper Community and submitted a support ticket for you so they can check you Registration status and let you know.
