Is it possible to have multiple callers at the same time?
Hi, I was wondering how do we know if we have the capability to handle several callers at the same time? Is it an option we need to add? Can we transfer the second caller to another extension / numb...

Thank you for your answer. I do not see a Solo Plus or Small Business option when I look at our pricing plan.
What I see is we have the Ramp plan, then there is the Grow and Max plan.
Can I simply choose that an extension call each of the phone number indefinitely, in Extensions > Edit > Options?
