I have the exact same question. Even if we do not decline the call, when it stops ringing for us, it keeps ringing four times for the caller before they get the voicemail message.

Have you found a way to shorten the ringing time for the caller?

VirginieUnfortunately, no. Beyond reducing the overall ring times, there is no option at this time. If enough people bring this issue up, maybe they will consider a fix.
