We do have both. Mainly looking at the mobile app. It's just difficult to tell who's talking to who, and how to call back the previous number. Any suggestions?
The easiest way I know in the mobile app is to check the recent call log, it should show the extension rang, if a call was in red, you know it was missed, if it was answered, it would be grey. You can also press the green (i) icon to find out more details like how long the call was, to clue you in on who you were speaking with.
