No refund for recently purchased service
Hi, we set up a yearly plan in anticipation of a new project getting off the ground, but it unexpectedly shut down and we no longer have any need for the service. We signed up just 10 days ago, so I was surprised when I was told on the phone that no refund is available, not even partial. Is there anything we can do to fix this?
