No Refund when cancelling same day as charge
I saw the annual renewal charge on my credit card account and since I get little value from the service other than robo-calls, I opted to cancel. I was told that they cannot reverse the charge, even though it is literally still "pending". Caution to others that have auto-renew enabled. They say now that they need a 30 day notice which makes no sense for a digital service. I do not intend to do any further business with any of the GoTo related companies or services. Buyer beware; customer service comes 3rd.
