Pressing 1

When clients call in, pressing 1 as instructed no longer answers the call. We have 2 phones/extensions, and neither one is able to answer when pressing 1. We have restarted, un-installed and re-installed the app. Nothing works.

This has occasionally happened before. But now, 100% of our calls go to voicemail. We can't answer any. This is unacceptable for business and AI hasn't helped at all.

    Welcome to the Community. I see that you have a case open and I've added your comments here to the case. 

    Can you tell me what type of device you are using? Is wifi enabled? (if not can you try turning it on and see if that helps?)
