Hi KateG we did. We are just getting an unverified status on brand registration even when we followed everything, even the name is exactly how it appears on our EIN. How to get past this? How many minutes before we know/change status to verified?

The best thing would be to contact our support team- the agent will be able to pull up your account and advise on the status of the campaign.
