Send calls straight to voicemail while on Vacation without waiting through rings

I may be missing something obvious, I'll admit.

I've read the FAQ's, looked through every setting available to me on the admin portal, and within the Setup Assistant on the Windows desktop app, but I cannot figure out how to get incoming callers to skip the rings and go straight to voicemail. Has anyone figured this out, am I missing something obvious? 

We have our vacation schedule set and active, Away message set to play, but the rings still come through on the callers end. I'd like them to call in and immediately hear our Away message without having to wait through all of the rings to leave a voicemail.

Another setting I cannot find is the Ring Time adjustment, which is discussed in this link but I cannot locate in my admin portal, which I am set as an admin user for.

Anyone have an idea of what I may be doing wrong?? Thanks in advance!

    Hi motog, welcome to the community.

     

    I do not think it is possible to lower the call time due to this: "If you lower the ring time below 25 seconds, incoming calls might not have enough time to connect, resulting in missed calls."
