Thank you, KateG , for your reply. I haven't heard from anyone at GH & my submission is still status = DENIED. I need help as I'm losing clients without being able to reply to their service requests via SMS. I utilize Google LSA & many of my current & potential clients make requests via SMS only. Please advise.
