Stuck in an SMS registration loop

Can't stand the AI review and the SMS registration error loop I'm stuck in. Multiple submissions for SMS and the same error keeps popping up saying that I need to provide instructions in the opt-in form for the privacy policy. I don't have an opt-in form, and I had linked the privacy policy next to the opt-in instructions saying "Click HERE for the privacy policy." with the whole sentence being linked to the privacy policy -- which is also accessible at the footer of EVERY page on my website. It should not take a user days of registration attempts to get SMS approval between business verification and having to tinker with nuanced language in a privacy policy or opt-in page. This has been a more than frustrating experience that has me hating this service and regretting Grasshopper completely.
