Having same issues.  Today at least 6 unread texts disappeared.  I need them back.  No fault of my own.

iowan​ text messages are deleted by the user, so this should not be happening. I do see you have a case opened and the team is currently reviewing. Thanks for contacting support and for your patience as we review.
