Thank you. I read your first post again and there may been a misunderstanding. Hamachi networks are capped at 256 clients per network, it is not possible to have 512 clients on the same network, even with two subscriptions. It looks like a representative that you have communicated with has picked up on this and they have created a ticket for our billing team to issue a refund.

GlennD Someone was finally able to help and changed a single setting somewhere that increases the Clients allowed across an entire Account. Seems like the entire Hamachi team can't follow the convoluted, arbitrary restrictions that have been set. Not understanding the difference between an Account, Networks, Clients and Members.
I appreciate your prompt response and trying to help. Best of luck!

I have exactly the same problem, since 3 month.
After I saw your message, I contact the support several times. To ask them to do the same thing they did on your account.
The person I spoke with don't understand the problem, I send them your message, and the support keep saying that i have to pay Hamachi subscriptions or something else for resolving my problem...
GlennD is it possible to ask the technician who solved @walkyler's problem to do the same thing on my account ?- KateG6 months agoGoTo Moderator
Hi GroupeBellon,
It appears @walkyler is on a paid subscription which allowed them to increase from 256 to 512 so if support is suggesting that it may be correct. Are you currently on a paid subscription of Hamachi?
