Cancel subscription
I'm trying to cancel my subscription, but even though I want to enter my mobile phone number, it's difficult to contact me because I'm Korean. How do I resolve this?

I can open a case for you, is the account email you are using here in Community the account you want to cancel? I'm not seeing an open subscription.
