Cannot buy a subscription.
I tried to pay by my credit card, but it said that Transaction declined. I have checked with my bank. They say my account is normal. It could be a website traffic problem. How to buy?

I did talk to my bank already, and they approved my purchase. I tried to buy again after my call to the bank, but it didn't succeed. So I called them again. They said that the transaction was cancelled by the store, not the bank. Could you please, check with your system or your team? I purchased the subscription at 10:47 AM. UTC +07:00. Thank you.

I have the same problem. Bank approves transfers but your system decline transaction.
