Delete my account

Please delete my account. I don't want to call.

I don't have a paid account. So I should select Data Deletion.

toretya Do you have a paid account? If so to cancel you would need to call support. Data delete will delete account information.

If I select to Data Deletion in IRM, will my account be deleted?

Hi toretya,

In order to cancel you would need to call customer support.

If you are a former customer you can delete your account information without calling us, this link provides information.
