Double payment by mistake

Hello. There was a misunderstanding regarding the payment for the Hamachi Network Standard subscription. I was supposed to pay for the subscription continuation on September 22, but this did not happen because the payment card was no longer active. On September 23, I changed the payment card in the settings and paid for the standard license for a year. And it turned out that now I have 2 licenses.   Invoice number IN9CAA1268246 is invalid. Is it possible to cancel the payment for this invoice and return the funds? And also disable automatic withdrawal of funds from the card.

  • Buenas, tengo una suscripción de HAMACHI PREMIUM,  y desconocía que se cobraría automáticamente, por lo que 2 días antes pagué otra suscripción, por lo tanto tengo 2 pagos por el mismo producto, necesito cancelar 1 con su respectivo reembolso.
