Double payment by mistake

Hello. There was a misunderstanding regarding the payment for the Hamachi Network Standard subscription. I was supposed to pay for the subscription continuation on September 22, but this did not happen because the payment card was no longer active. On September 23, I changed the payment card in the settings and paid for the standard license for a year. And it turned out that now I have 2 licenses.   Invoice number IN9CAA1268246 is invalid. Is it possible to cancel the payment for this invoice and return the funds? And also disable automatic withdrawal of funds from the card.

    Buenas, tengo una suscripción de HAMACHI PREMIUM,  y desconocía que se cobraría automáticamente, por lo que 2 días antes pagué otra suscripción, por lo tanto tengo 2 pagos por el mismo producto, necesito cancelar 1 con su respectivo reembolso.
