Duplication in payment for a single VPN connection

Dear Sirs,
We made the subscription payment on 04/08/2025 with the invoice number: IN93AA1071341. However, on 04/17/2025, automatically through the invoice number: IN93AA1071341, the amounts were debited again.

Please inform me the reason for the repeated payment. Is it possible to refund the amounts if this payment was made by mistake or to debit the amount paid for the following year?

I also think that the website should have an option to authorize subscription payments.
