hi GlennD​, when i try to buy the standard $49/year, it directs me to Pro for individuals which price is $349 and it indicated for 2computers only?  a little bit confusing.. where can i pay the standard version  $49 .please help thanks

        GlennD​ The money was written off and the subscription was restored, great, thank you! Please now delete the erroneous PRO subscription, it is not needed

    Hi chillmegal, it looks like you signed up for a Pro trial by accident which is why it is suggesting those plan options. The Pro trial will expire automatically on September 12th as long as you do not select any of the plans on that page. 

     

    I see that you have already opened a support ticket, and that you have signed up for a GoToWebinar trial and a LogMeIn Resolve account. Were those mistakes as well?
