Oh, Hello GlennD. Thanks a lot for your quick reply. There's one particular case that bothers me the most - I can't add payment method. In fact, I don't even know is it in an 'open case' or not, because sales team's last reply was about a month ago. We want to 1) renew our subscription which is due in a month 2) add another one or extend current to a subscription which allows to have over 256 clients in one network (Hamachi). But we can't do it simply because we can't add 'payment method'.
