How to change client id and virtual ip?

If the Network still exists but you had to reinstall the Client software for some reason, you can sign in on our website to manage the network and reconnect: I lost ownership of a Hamachi network. How do I recover it?

Yes, that is correct. Back up all of those files and then if you need to reinstall the Client in the future you can open that folder and copy back the files.
