I can't login to my account

When I try to log in to my Logmein account or reset my password, I receive the error with reference code d771080512. Please help me

    Hi Hüseyin58  I checked the email associated with your Community email and don't see an account associated.

     

    Are you sure you have signed up for an account? If you are using a different email and want me to check you can PM me by sending a message. To send a message, click on my username on the left, in the next page you will see the option to "message me."

    Hi KateG,

    My computer meets the system requirements and I can create and log in to another account. The problem I'm having is that I can't get a password reset link only for a specific account. When I click on the Hamachi password reset link and try to set the new password, I always encounter an error and it says Try again.
