I need to cancel my subscription to Hamachi.

Dear Hamachi Support Team,

We have not been using the Hamachi service. Last year, an additional charge was made. During this period, we also changed our credit card. A few days ago, we received a message about a failed payment, but the payment was eventually successfully processed. When logging into the account, I couldn't find the option to cancel the subscription. I contacted customer service, but they don't have the +886 area code for Taiwan. Please assist me with a refund and cancel the subscription. Thank you.
