Need to cancel subscription and refund renewal payment.
Dear Hamachi Support,
I don't know what happened, I tried to remove my payment gateway from my account, but I couldn't, also there was no option where I can disable any auto renew process.
The renewal payment was don, while my intend was to cancel the Hamachi subscription.
Please, I need to cancel the Hamachi subscription and refund the recent payment.
