pablotobio If the subscription expires the networks and users are eventually forgotten. We already provide a grace period so that the account does not expire immediately if it fails to renew, but after that period the information will be lost.

Hello GlennD ,
I have a Pi that is permanently connected to the Hamachi Network, free susbscription.
Unfortunately the network is no more visible day in the web management https://secure.logmein.com/central/central.aspx after some days now.
I reinstalled a PC that was alreafy memeber but now I can no more approve the join request from the newly installed PC.
I tried to evice the old client from the network from my Pi shell but it says failed denied.
My questions:
1. Is there a way to manage the network on a free subscription if it has vanished from the web management interface or is that a "policy" of the free susbscription?
2. Can I still approve a new client or evict an old client if the network is no more visible on the web interface?
3. Will a network stay permanent if connected when using a paid subscription?- GlennD13 days agoGoTo Manager
Hi pi5user,
You can manage and create networks from both the account page or directly from the Hamachi client itself, but note they do have some key differences.
If you create a network from the client and do not attach it to an account, if something happens to the client that network can be lost unless you have made a back up.
If you have a paid subscription and it lapses, those paid networks will be removed when your account switches to free.

If a Hamachi network is inactive long enough the IP address is recycled and issued to a new network. If your subscription fails to renew and you do not purchase a new subscription before the grace period ends the networks and clients will be forgotten.
