Hi doomgod, thanks for the screenshots.
Our support team is going to send you an eQuote - the request has been submitted. You should receive an email, you can also access the eQuote in GoTo Admin by clicking on Billing > Quotes menu once it's available.

Thank you for your message.
It seems I may have missed the time window, as I wasn’t able to access my account earlier.
Currently, the Quotes section shows “No quotes available”.
Would it be possible to resend the eQuote?
