Hamachi subscription cancellation and refund

I am not good at English. I use a translator. I am from Korea Payment has already been completed. How to cancel your subscription and get a refund This is not possible via phone method. help. 😞

The reason for canceling your subscription is to avoid using it in the future.
Since the payment was completed a day ago, please cancel and refund. complicated.... please 😞
