Request to Cancel Hamachi Subscription

Dear Hamachi Support Team,

I am a user from South Korea and cannot contact your support team directly. I kindly ask for your assistance in canceling my Hamachi subscription associated with [your account email

    It took me five days to get an e-mail, and they asked me to give them my e-mail address. I certainly wrote it in the content and answered it with that e-mail address, but I don't understand why you're asking me again

    It seems like 24 hours have already passed. When can I expect to receive an email? Shouldn’t it have arrived within 24 hours at the latest?

    You should hear from someone in the next 24 hours, however, support calls take priority so response time can vary.
