Request to Cancel Hamachi Subscription
Dear Hamachi Support Team,
I paid for my annual subscription plan and used it well for the last year. However, From this year, I would like to cancel it. But if I click the Subscriptions tab on the Settings to cancel the subscription on the LogMein site, I was redirected to the GoTo Admin site and I couldn't find the cancel button there either.
I tried to leave an inquiry through GoTo Contact, but I had difficulty calling because South Korea did not exist on the country list.
The refund process is very complicated and difficult. I ask you to help me cancel my subscription through email.
