Hi marianoz, we unfortunately cannot recover your networks, they would either need to be managed in the software or created new.

Hi Kate, good afternoon. I can log in to the website normally, but when I log in, everything appears blank, as if a network had never been created. I've attached a photo for you to see. Thank you very much! It would be a great help to recover the networks. I can also, if you'd like, send you my username and password privately so you can see them for yourself.

I understand that recreating the networks can be cumbersome, as previously mentioned, we unfortunately cannot recover your networks. However, to better understand what might have happened, could you confirm whether you were signed in on the web or the software client when you initially created the networks? This information might provide insight into the situation.

tengo los id de las dos redes. Es muy engorroso tener que crear nuevamente las redes. Muchas gracias, espero tu respuesta, saludos.Hi Kate, good morning. Wow, what a bad answer! Why create free accounts if they're going to answer you like that later? Any help on how to get those two networks back up and running without having to recreate them? Thanks, Kate!

marianoz Unfortunately we can't see and access free accounts to provide support for it directly.
You may want to try deleting all existing networks and re-creating them to see if that resolves the issue. Sorry, I can't provide more assistance.

Hi Kate, no, I don't have a paid subscription; the account is free. The problem I'm having is that there are two networks created, configured, and running right now, but if I log in to the website, the networks and users don't appear; it appears empty.

I checked with the team who are unable to locate an account associated with the email you are using here in the Community. Can you confirm you have a paid subscription? If there is a different account email can you PM me the email (tape on my username KateG and you will see an option to message me on the top right).
