Hi Kate, thanks for replying. No, I haven't changed my subscription recently. The problem is that the networks don't appear; they're empty. It gives me the option to create them, but they're already created and working. I have the IDs and passwords, but the website shows them as empty. Can't you solve this for me? Thank you very much!

I checked with the team who are unable to locate an account associated with the email you are using here in the Community. Can you confirm you have a paid subscription? If there is a different account email can you PM me the email (tape on my username KateG and you will see an option to message me on the top right).
