Unable to Ping or Connect to Instances
Hello Support Team,
I’m experiencing an issue where I created a network, and another person is able to join it. We can chat within the network, but we’re unable to ping each other or connect to any instances. We’ve already tried troubleshooting the tunneling issue, which was resolved, but we still can’t ping each other.
Could you please assist us with this issue?

Have you reviewed this support article already? If the computers are on and connected this is typically a local firewall issue.
