Hi mesoftweb,

As long as your billing information is valid and up to date your current subscription will renew automatically.
If you need to change your subscription you can do it online
If you want to cancel your subscription and prevent it from renewing automatically please contact our support team, you can call or open a ticket on our support site

But somehow there is no renewal price in my subscription menu, how can i know if my billing profile is valid and up to date?
Do i need to check on my billing profile? And re-fill it all?

Our billing team will be emailing you an eQuote soon that will show your renewal price and allow you to renew a few days early.

    The eQuote should be for the two renewing this month and it will extend them for another year.
