LogMeIn Client on OSX on Mojave won't connect and crashes

I have read the solutions for LogMeIn Pro crashing and I'm not sure that this is the same thing. I don't have the ability anywhere that I can see to adjust gray scale or anything else for that matter.

 

I try to log into a remote computer - I get the message "Could not connect. Please check your internet connection and try again."  There is only a DISMISS button. When you push it, LogMeIn crashes.

 

That's it. What's going on?

    andyo Have you confirmed the software version is correctly updated to 4.1.6934 ?

     

    The Pro setting for Gray Scale  looks like this:

      MY BAD - The server was down at the unit that I was trying to control. Logmein could see it but couldn't connect to it. Fixing the server fixed the problem.
