Can not login the logmein client, there is no CAPTCHA show up, but you can not by pass it.

I can not  login the logmein client, there is no CAPTCHA show up in the app, but you can not by pass it.  I can login the web version and CAPTCHA show up in the browser, but it is function limited, ...

cxhgtxy  Our support department should be able to assist you if you're stuck on the identity confirmation security web page and cannot proceed.  Have you tried calling in to create a support case?
