cursor stuck when doing file transfer

• Does the file transfer complete or are you unable to transfer the file at all? 
  Despite the inconvenience, yes, I can transfer the files.
• Once the file transfer is complete do you regain control?
  Yes, I can!
• Does this happen with any other computers or just this one?

  I'm still not sure, but on some it happens that the application closes.
  
   Important info I forgot to mention. This only happens when transferring files from the client workstation to the Support Agent. If I transfer from my machine to the client's, everything happens normally.
