File Manager with Android mobiles

Hello,

I have the following questions:

1.  If an Android mobile user has deleted few files (images, videos, text and pdf files) from the internal memory of the phone just before the start of the remote session, will the technician be able to see or retrieve the deleted files using File Manager?

2.  Assuming an Android mobile user has factory reset his phone or erased the internal memory of his phone through Android device manager and then set up the LogmeIn Rescue app freshly from the Playstore in that phone.  In this case will the technician be able to see or retrieve the erased data or files using File Manager?

3.  Also, in general is it possible for the technician to see or retrieve the erased or deleted data or files from the Android mobile phone using the LogmeIn Rescue app?

Assume the Android mobile as Vivo V3 running Android version 5.1.1 for the above mentioned scenarios.
