GustavoGuevara I apologize for the difficulty.
What operating system and web browser version are you running?
Since the problem began have you checked your firewall, performed a full reboot, and tried to reinstall Rescue from scratch?

I had : Windows 10 v1803 Internet explorer 11, I had rebooted the machine 3 times and nothing happens yet, the firewall is OFF, and i tried reinstalling the Rescue v 17.12.... also I tried run the app as administrator..

GustavoGuevara What security software do you have installed?
Since you downloaded successfully, have you tried the install in safe mode?

This is a known issue with the latest Win 10 update and the fixed applet and TC is available from our beta site.
