Mac OS Big Sur compatibility issue

With Mac OS 11 I can control the the Screen of the remote Mac, but when I click on the File manager Logmein crashes.  Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

Aries_LMI  Can you please confirm the Rescue endpoint version in use on the problem Big Sur OS?

Looks like we're using Technician Console v7.12.3306 (64 bit) and listed as a Standard "Per Seat" License
