New session: removing mandatory fields

When creating a new session, there are mandatory fields for user name and company name. Is it possible to change these to optional fields or remove them all together? Is there a reason to have these ...

    Yes, it is possible. You can read it on the page 69 of the Admin Center userguide.
    Basically you can change it here:
