Receive Remote Assistance Support from Microsoft

Question

Hello,&nbsp;I am trying to show Microsoft an issue we are having with some of their software.&nbsp;They gave me this URL&nbsp;https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/29289/receive-remote-assistance-support-from-microsoft&nbsp;which uses LogMeIn rescue and asks for a 6 digit code.&nbsp;We run the exe file and it then sits on Connecting... forever.&nbsp;I'm on a corporate LAN behind a proxy server and hardware firewalls so is there some configuration needed on our side or&nbsp;log files to help troubleshoot?&nbsp;Thanks
