Unattended access and windows updates

After Installing update 1809 fron Microsoft the logmein console does not start anymore

    Hello sbouchard!

    I think you should uninstall the Tech Console and reinstall it from our Beta site. Because the current Live version of the Technician Console will crash before it has a chance to install the update.

     

    How to uninstall the Rescue TC from the browsers

sbouchard  We have filed a ticket for this problem to be reviewed in full.

 

In the meantime, you should be able to download the Beta version of the Technician Console from http://beta.logmeinrescue.com/  as a temporary solution.

Tried the Beta and also not working. I found out that the LMIRTechConsole.exe file is not installing in the directory

        Do you use browser based Technician console or Desktop version of it?
