Show day of week, in addition to date, on sessions scheduled view

When scheduling a new session, the day of the week is displayed, however when you are looking at the already scheduled sessions, the day of the week does not display.  When you are trying to schedule classes on different days of the week for staff availability, it would be useful to have the day of the week displayed.
