I was wondering if there is a way to do this on the platform. If you could upload a csv file, and have it call the numbers on the list and play a prerecorded message.
For example:
"This is blahblahblah just calling to remind you of your appointment for tomorrow, if you need to reschedule please call us back at ......."
It would be great if we could also have it come from one of our specific caller id's.
