When you change your products and services you need to think of ALL your customers not just the newest is best.
For the last few years we've been using Jive, we were able to have our Yealink phones ring only and still be logged in on the app online and on my mobile and have them not ring. We can text from the computer and talk on the phones. THIS IS WHAT WE WANT and with your new upgrade, it made it to where the phones would no longer ring. So I called in and had it "fixed" to where it was configured where we can get calls on the phone line but then it would ring on the computer and my mobile app. In the past we were able to turn off the ringer.
I called in today to get the ringing turned off on the computer app and on my mobile app so I can still text and use it like we have been for years. Come to find out, there is no way to turn off that horrible incessant ringing! Every call we get rings on the computer and on my mobile. Please make it configurable to remove the ring.
