The Dashboard in GoToResolve is a nice start, but it is incomplete as it stands. It should be clickable to take the user to the source of the information that was presented in the Dashboard.
Never mind. I see now how dashboard clickability is designed. It already is linked to the underlying data.
We appreciate the positive aspects of the GoToResolve Dashboard but believe enhancing its functionality with clickable elements to directly access information sources would significantly improve user experience.
